We over-engineered our Strongman Sand Bags to ensure that nothing gets between you and getting stronger!

Made from 1000D Cordura, the Strongman Sand Bag includes an in-built filler bag and has a Velcro top and zip.

This ensures all filler material is contained within the bag, even when dropped. (Do not slam these bags).

With the weight these bags can take, they really are heavy-duty alternatives suitable for the gym environment or the outdoors and their shape ensures that you will never be comfortable carrying it making them very challenging even for experienced athletes.

Please Note:

• Strongman Sand Bags do not arrive filled.
• Strongman Sand Bags should not be loaded over the prescribed weight.
• Use sand only for weight with rags to add bulk. Do not use pebbles, gravel or any other aggregate material.
• Filler material is not sold with the Strongman Sand Bags.
• Bags are designed to endure being dropped but not to be slammed.
